Biography of Fr. Panteleimon Dalianis

Fr. Panteleimon Dalianis grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago – Park Ridge until the age of 7, and then Inverness through high school.  After finishing high school, Fr. Panteleimon attended Purdue University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Economics, and then attended Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology in Brookline, Massachusetts, where he received his Master of Divinity.

He has been serving the Greek Orthodox Church in a full time pastoral role since 2003.  In June of 2006, he was ordained a deacon in the Greek Orthodox Church, followed in November of that same year by his elevation to the priesthood.

Shortly after his ordination to the priesthood, Fr. Panteleimon was reassigned to Ss. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church in Palos Hills, IL, where he served as the associate pastor for 3-1/2 years, leading up to his current assignment at St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church in Chicago.  Father Panteleimon has been serving at St. Basil since August of 2010.

Fr. Panteleimon and his wife Konstantina have been married since 2003 and live with their five children in Park Ridge, IL.
